Space chimp plan!

We had to do a plan before we write the story here is where I am up to.

Hi my name is jack it is 1961 and I am going to space to discover new plants. I was first very exited, but when I hopped into the spaceship my heart started to pound. I have a mate called Mat he was my trainer. He trained me if there was emergency. “Are you ready Jack” (came from the speaker.) OI AA (that means yes in Chimp.)
